AuldI have only had this bag for a couple of weeks and used it on two trips so far, but I am very satisfied with it. First of all, it is a darker brown than the cocoa color shown in the photo on Amazon's website. I nearly ordered it from another website because I preferred the darker color but took a chance that the same bag with the same name and color number would be the same at every website. You can find a more accurate photo of the actual color on other luggage websites. I was also pleased that this bag was larger and roomier than my old rolling garment bag. I also like that the hangers can be secured at either or both ends of the bag. You can lay one suit in one direction and the next suit in the opposite direction so the layers of clothing are more even. The only reason I gave this bag four stars instead of five is there aren't any corner compartments to put toiletries other small items in. All of my previous garment bags had a triangular mesh compartment in each upper corner to hold smaller items like toiletries.
