Where do I buy Hartmann Belting Leather 22" Deluxe Mobile Traveler,Natural,One Size Does not stand the test of timeBy Michael C KilgoreI didn't purchase this item, it was given to me by an airline for acquiring a million miles. It's a pretty piece of luggage, even to the point of TSA security personnel complimenting me when going through security. Those days are long gone. It scratches easily. Then the real problems show up. The handle has been partially unusable for a while. The zippers, while they work, the little pull tabs on the end of them break off. Then finally, while walking through the airport, the handle completely falls out of the bag and leaves the bag lying on the floor. Hartmann does have a warranty that is unclear whether items will be fixed for free or "at reasonable costs". Regardless, it requires proof of purchase, which I don't have since I didn't buy it, and perhaps registration. But beyond that is that they want 4-6 weeks processing time. Road warriors are the ones that might buy this product and can't be without it for 4 to 6 weeks. Thank you but no thank you.
